He pats Ryo’s back finally, gentle. But touching Ryo is literally just as bad as looking. His hand lingers because he is still a stupid teenage boy, then it lifts to brush some of Ryo’s hair out of Ryo’s face.]
if this was before they started fighting, ryo might actually not think much of it. the two of them have always been physically comfortable and affectionate with each other, and while the beautiful comment may still be odd, it wouldn't be as jarring as it is right now.
