There is just so much unbridled panic on his face, the uncertainty of not knowing what is happening, only that Ryo is getting hurt. He goes down part of the way, but struggles to be the one who stays up.]

Then he wraps both arms about Ryo's middle so he can pull with his back. The fluffier jacket helps? It gives him something to hold.
He pulls so suddenly and with so much force that he flips over backward on the ground and Ryo dumps on top of him.]
