[GOD. WHO EXCITEDLY ANNOUNCES THIS AFTER A MURDER. He beckons Ryo and starts again for the bar.]

He was in the bar with Hunter?

Both Hunters, actually. He was trying to get them to duel for the title of ultimate Hunter.

[ a pause. ]

I'm sure he feels awkward about that now.

I don't know if he would feel awkward, or just think he won what he set out to get them to do.

He said that he specifically told them not to kill each other. Whatever his word is worth, anyway. But they didn't actually fight before they all fell asleep.
